"Is this 50 billion dollar industry ready for a wellness collaboration: Mo' Money Mo' Problems"

📢The new word on the streets is that the projected market size for the global gaming 🕹console market in 2027 is $51 billion. 💲51.15 billion to be exact. This big body, super-sized market is large and in-charge.  It is also growing faster than a hungry mother cheetah chasing prey to feed her new-born cubs. The global gaming console industry is dominated by three kings with muscles bigger than Goliath, Hercules, and Hulk. Sony (PlayStation), Microsoft (Xbox), and Nintendo (Switch)has the gaming console market on lock🔒.  It is no secret that this industry has a mo’ money, mo’ money, mo’ money💲profitability status with BIG Benjamin bank accounts. However, this industry faces big boy challenges too such as declining console sales, health and addiction concerns, increased lawsuits, rising development costs, and fierce competition.  These factors are contributing to a shift in the industry’s landscape, enticing companies to step out of the familiar and strategically create more innovative business models.  

I have the privilege of being a certified esports health care provider. Esports health care providers are unicorns 🦄 for sure.  We are quite rare, but our skills are unrivaled superpowers 💪.  I got a sneak peek 👀 into the business profile of one of the videogaming industry’s top players. The CEO of this fortune 500 multinational conglomerate challenged his executive leadership team to find a comprehensive solution to their three-headed problem. He asked his brilliant executives for a solution. Unfortunately, the executives didn’t come through. The CEO made an unprecedented move and presented this problem to the entire company of 11,000 employees. His ask was for a solution to the following problem

🔴 Problem (global videogaming console company):

·        decreased sales of video gaming consoles

·        increased lawsuits due to parents claiming videogame companies are creating addictive games that cause kids internet gaming disorder

·        top 2 competitors are making large gains (one competitor sold out of video gaming consoles in 4 days after their launch-approximately43.5 million units were sold)

I was extremely surprised 🤔 that the company’s employees were having difficulty with creating a comprehensive solution.  My advice to the CEO and globing gaming console industry is to consider looking for answers outside their organization.  What if a small businessowner was able to provide the answer?  CEOs may have to go out on the end of the limb to get some tropical superfruit instead of settling for local lemons. I am not at all throwing shade at the executives. They have intense jobs and are often overwhelmed with a full plate 🍽️of responsibilities. However, sometimes a look at the problem with brown eyes instead of the same blue or green eyes is necessary. CEOs should consider the unique eyes of small business owners (SBOs).  SBOs are dripping 💧with innovative creativity that may be the solution to unique problems. The question ❓of the day is…Do CEOs have Dorothy’s tenacity, Tinman’s heart 💓, Scarecrow’s intelligence 🧠, Lion’s Courage, and the Wizard’s humility? These characteristics are essential to CEOs, especially those willing to take additional risks and look for answers to problems outside of Kansas.  💡 BTW I masterfully designed a comprehensive solution masterpiece. ·        a revolutionary gaming console add-on that increases sales revenue by millions

·        game changing initiative that decreases lawsuits alleging products are addictive/contributing to kids’ internet gaming disorder

·        increased community awareness of the company’s commitment to customers, staff, and community
